Since Stxc3xa9phanexe2x80x99s Thruxton in 2016 — the first complete build to leave the Rillieux-la-Pape workshop — the Triumph Bonneville has never left the heart of what we do. Ten years of builds. Franckxe2x80x99s T100, his first motorcycle, now a collector’s piece neither of them would touch. Lasallexe2x80x99s T120, born for the road and the cabin in equal measure. These machines have one rare quality: they are already right leaving the factory. Which leaves a narrow but precise margin for work. Knowing where that margin is — that is the skill.
The Indian Summer kits for the Triumph Bonneville T100 and T120 were designed inside that margin. Four levels of composition, from a refined line to a complete signature, each one a coherent proposal rather than a list of parts.
Kit Ligne — €529
Two aluminium parts: a redesigned front mudguard and brushed aluminium side covers. The line is recalibrated — cleaner, more intentional — without touching the mechanics or the character of the original. What the Bonneville should have looked like leaving the factory, if production constraints had allowed it.
Kit Allure — from €719
A full-grain, double-vegetable-tanned leather tank strap enters the picture. An engine guard asserts the machine’s lower line. The Triumph begins to speak — not loudly, but clearly. These are the first decisions that tell you something about the person who made them.

Kit Caractère — from €1,249
The BAAK N°1 handlebar alters the riding position as much as the silhouette. Leather fork gaiters cover what neo-retro motorcycles deliberately leave exposed. A cohesion appears — decisions have been made, and they hold together. The Bonneville crosses a threshold it doesn’t cross back.

Kit Empreinte — from €2,409
A full-grain leather saddle, hand-crafted in the Lyon workshop. Not an option — a conclusion. The saddle is the surface where all the decisions that came before are finally sealed. The machine has a signature. It is finished not in the sense of being complete, but in the sense of being true.
Franck’s T100 has one. He doesn’t ride it anymore. He doesn’t need to — it already exists the way he wanted it to exist.
