Leather seats, bodywork, paintwork, mechanical engineering. A singular piece or a complete vehicle build, designed and made in our atelier in Rillieux-la-Pape. Since 2014, our craftsmen have been hand-crafting saddles, leather trim, and complete transformations — for motorcycles, for cars, for objects. Every project begins with a conversation. We listen, we sketch, then we make — according to your intention, the material, and the right gesture.
The gesture, the material, the design.
The material. Vegetable-tanned leathers from Italy, selected by batch for their grain and durability. High-density foams for seats, high-density synthetic when use requires it. Every piece that leaves the atelier is referenced — you know where what accompanies you comes from.
The design. Before the first cut, there’s a projection. Our design office draws the piece, simulates the volumes, exchanges with you until the right balance. Nothing enters production without visual validation.
The making. Everything happens in the atelier. Hand-stitched leather, in-booth paint, piece-by-piece adjustment and quality control. Our craftsmen — saddlers, painter, designer, mechanic — work in the same place, which reduces lead times and ensures the coherence of the result.
What we craft.
- Motorcycle saddles. Hand-crafted seats for Triumph, Royal Enfield, Moto Guzzi, BMW, Fantic. Leather, synthetic, finishes to choose.
- Leather trim. Fork gaiters, mudguards, saddlebags, accessory sets. Vegetable tanning, hand-stitched seams.
- Paint and bodywork. Custom colours, tank refinishing, car and motorcycle bodywork restoration.
- Light mechanics. Engine preparation, technical modifications, custom-made parts for specific uses.
- Complete transformation. A project from A to Z, a motorcycle or vehicle reimagined coherently — saddle, paint, mechanics, accessories.
- The conversation. A call, a visit, or an email. Aymeric, who follows bespoke projects, reaches out within 48 business hours to understand your intention and the scope.
- The design. Sketches, material projections, finish choices. One to three exchanges depending on complexity, until validation.
- The making. Fabrication in our atelier in Rillieux-la-Pape. Lead time communicated and committed in the quote. You are kept informed of key milestones.
- The delivery. Reception at the atelier by appointment, or shipping. International in 72 hours for parts, by conveyance for vehicles.
