Leave your mark

The French version of these rules prevails in case of discrepancy.

1. Organiser. BAAK FRANCE, SASU with a share capital of €30,000, registered in Lyon (RCS) under number 925 021 065, 404 chemin du Champ de Lière, 69140 Rillieux-la-Pape, France (“BAAK”), runs a photo contest called “Leave your mark” (the “Contest”).

2. Dates. Photos are accepted from Monday 5 October 2026, 00:00 to Sunday 8 November 2026, 23:59 (Paris time). Public voting runs from Monday 9 November 2026, 09:00 to Wednesday 11 November 2026, 23:59. The winner is announced on Thursday 12 November 2026.

3. Eligibility. The Contest is open to any adult who places an order of at least €90 incl. VAT, excluding shipping, on www.baakmotocyclettes.com between 5 October and 8 November 2026, confirmed and paid. Each such order includes one free BAAK End of Summer sticker sheet, added to the parcel automatically. BAAK staff, contractors and their families, and trade accounts are excluded.

4. How to enter. Stick one or more stickers from the sheet wherever you like (bike, helmet, tank, toolbox…), photograph it and email one or more photos to contact@baakmotocyclettes.com with the subject “Stickers”, stating your name and order number, before 8 November 2026, 23:59. One entry per order; if several photos are sent, the one BAAK publishes counts. The photo must be your own work, show no identifiable person without their consent and contain nothing unlawful or offensive. BAAK may reject any photo that does not meet these conditions.

5. Publication and vote. Entries are published during the Contest on this page and in stories on BAAK’s Instagram and Facebook accounts. From 9 to 11 November 2026 the public votes on this page, one vote per person. The five most-voted photos are finalists. The BAAK workshop team picks the winner among those five, on the quality of the photo and how the stickers sit in it. That decision is final.

6. Prize. The winner receives one BAAK Heritage Bomber jacket (ref. 6109), worth €134 incl. VAT, in the size of their choice among those available (S to XXL), back embroidery excluded. The prize ships free of charge to the address given by the winner within 15 days of their reply. It cannot be exchanged for cash or another item. The winner is notified by email on 12 November 2026; without a reply within 7 days, the prize goes to the next finalist chosen by the workshop.

7. Image rights. By sending a photo, the entrant allows BAAK to reproduce and publish it, with their first name or handle, on the BAAK Stories site, BAAK’s Instagram and Facebook accounts and its newsletters, for the Contest and its wrap-up, for 2 years from publication, with no compensation other than taking part. Entrants may ask for their photo to be removed at any time by writing to contact@baakmotocyclettes.com.

8. Personal data. Data provided (name, email, order number, photo) is processed by BAAK to run the Contest and kept for 2 years after it closes. Under the GDPR, entrants may access, correct, erase or object to the processing of their data by writing to contact@baakmotocyclettes.com.

9. Social networks. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta (Instagram, Facebook). Information is provided to BAAK, not to Meta.

10. Liability and changes. BAAK is not liable for delayed or lost emails, technical failures or events beyond its control. BAAK may shorten, extend, amend or cancel the Contest if circumstances require, without liability; any change is announced on this page.

11. Rules and governing law. Entering means accepting these rules in full. They are available on this page for the whole Contest and are governed by French law. Any claim must be sent to BAAK France within 30 days of the winner announcement; failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Lyon have jurisdiction.
