This kit shortens the rear of your Triumph by 18cm while retaining two-up seating. The seat is made from 3 layers of JUMP® foam ensuring optimal comfort and a reduced height. This kit includes a rear fender available in five different finishes, a classic or side-mounted number plate bracket, a certified Bates tail light (choice of satin black, brushed or chrome bezel) and certified plate illumination, rear turn signal brackets, an aluminium rear hoop, a plug & play wiring harness and a leather care cream. The seat pan is manufactured from HDPE, more reliable than fibre seat pans.
Installation requires cutting the rear hoop following the provided cutting template; the conversion is completed easily in about 2 hours using the supplied assembly instructions. No welding is required.
On the Triumph Street Scrambler, fitting this short seat kit also requires removal of the retaining plate for the seat locking system.
Total seat length: 580mm.
