TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND FEATURES OF THE MODEL: Triumph Thruxton 1200 (2016 – …).

These details will help you ensure that your BAAK accessories are compatible with your motorcycle.

The Triumph Thruxton 1200 is the evolution of the previous air-cooled model produced until 2016.

It belongs to the Modern Classic range of the British manufacturer. It is available in Standard (conventional fork) and R (inverted fork, remote reservoir shock absorbers) versions.

Both models are offered in various colors and feature two front brake discs.

  • HANDLEBARS : The R and Standard models have 25.4mm clip-on handlebars at the controls with electronic Ride-by-Wire throttle. The upper triple clamp is not drilled for handlebar risers, so replace it to fit a traditional wide handlebar. A BAAK long cable kit (front brake hose and clutch cable) is available. If the bike has original or optional heated grips, make notches on your new handlebar to fit the system, or choose a pre-cut handlebar.
  • WHEELS : The original wheels of both models are AV 17′ / AR 17′.
  • TURN SIGNALS : The original turn signals have a power of 10W. 21W turn signals cannot be fitted.
  • SHOCK ABSORBERS : All Triumph Thruxton 1200 models have original shock absorbers of 380mm length.
